This Night

Lost deep in dark thoughts
I wander through this dismal world.
My cold feet slapping against the rocks,
My cold hands hang limply at my sides.

I see his face everywhere I go,
I hear his voice in every shadow.
My hands yearn to reach out to him,
But the image of her face stops me.

His words taunt me, haunt me,
Kill me slowly thru the day and night.
Words of love and adoration like a dagger;
Piercing my heart slowly, savouring the pain.

Standing at the cliffs edge, hair flowing,
Dark and long into the wind, into the night.
A dark stain forms deep and red,
Where once a heart beat for him.

A cold lifeless body, pulled toward the sea,
A life once full of promise and dreams.
Here this night does it end, in one,
Breathless and magical whispered Word: Love.

Vibratations

Darkness my lover
Embrace me this night.
Take into your keeping
this passion and light.

Seduction and temptation
Call to me with a vengeance.
Sweet and desperate kisses
Trail upon body and soul.

Red lips and dark fingertips
Nails raking inner thighs.
Deep and sultry humming,
Body aching and strumming.

Take away this ache,
Heighten these fiery flames!
Eyes closed, body quivering
Slowly slipping through time.

Stars burst through moonlight
As you quench this desire.
One last kiss,
One final stroke.

Heavy lids, smiling lips
A coldness takes this heart.
Another lonely night,
Cold dripping plastic a comfort.

Hell's Highway

Sweet passionate lips,
Piercing blue eyes.
Words full of venom,
Kisses of poison.

No beat in your heart,
No blood in your veins.
Your soul has gone to hell,
Your body soon to follow.

The mask you wear
A facade for the demon.
Love shrivels and dies
In your ugly presence.

I hold out my hand
No fear do I show.
The light in me strong
The love in me old.

Two warriors standing tall
Fighting valiantly for a cause.
Demon against Demon,
The highway to hell is long.

Lonely World

Cold, lonely world,
Land that time forgot.
You speak to me in the cold
Whispering tones of death.

I lay here lifeless and alone,
Not trembling, not breathing.
No blood runs thru these veins,
No breath runs thru these lungs.

Death, my lover, I seek refuge
In thine cold embrace.
Lips of ice and stone, here;
Take thee my final kiss.

Lonely world, lost abandoned soul,
Seeking refuge in the dark abyss.
What happens now that I've found,
An empty place to sit and wait.

Sadness runs through this heart and soul;
A fist clenched in fury and pain.
Lonely world, abandoned;
Lonely world thrown away.

The Dance

Sadness sweeps across her heart
Like Death's cold embrace.
A numbness seeps through her veins,
Slowing down every last beat.

Dark, copper eyes stare blankly,
Long dark hair spread out in abandon.
The dance of death plays out,
Its final steps throughout her body.

She seeks refuge in a mind so confused,
But finds only pain and hurt and turmoil.
Wandering lost and seeking warmth,
Finding only self loathing and cold ashes.

She dances across the plain of depression,
Like a puppet on a string, being pulled in all directions.
Words of warmth and happiness come from his lips,
But he holds the strings afar and adrift.

"Pull me in and rescue me," she cries.
"I will soon my love," he shouts back.
She hangs her head in misery,
Her hair a blanket around her face.

The dance continues, one pulling,
The other pushing, in all directions.
She dances across the plain of depression,
Like a puppet on a string, being pulled for eternity.
